March 14, 2023 Why would anyone with a spine add exemptions to a rule regarding CONFLICTS OF INTEREST for bonafide marketmaking and \"liquidity\purposes? How dense do you have to be to not understand that Citadel alone is a massive conflict of interest and has a VERY long list of market manipulation offenses, yet you make exemptions for them left and right?? This market is a joke
