-Waking up this morning to learn that Goldman Sachs precipitated the Silicon Valley Bank run has opened my eyes to the fact that entities are not looking out for the system, but for themselves. These proposed exceptions for market makers are just creating the loopholes for which they will escape the burden of risk management. I recommend removing all exceptions for market makers.
