March 15, 2023 Why bother making a rule that only affects a small number of entities, and then allow those same entities an exception to the rule? It makes no sense. Do not allow market makers such as Citadel to skirt this rule that could actually have real and tangible positive effects. Adding a loophole that entities can use to circumvent it just makes the entire thing pointless. Or is that by design Mr. Gensler?
