March 4, 2023 Re. No. 33-11151 File No. S7-01-23 I am commenting now in support for proposed rule change. Conflicts of interest diminishes the fairness and equality of our capital markets. Home investors, like myself, will rejoice in all efforts to bring transparency and fairness to our markets. Though, I do have concerns with any exceptions to the proposed rule tied to market makers that operate as opaquely as they please. There must be more rigorous reporting requirements in that regard if the commission proceeds with these changes. In all, I again express my support for the commission and its proposal against conflicts of interest.
