March 5, 2023 I, redacted , fully support the rules to be implemented by this proposal. While I am unable to provide a name, organization or occupation with this comment, the vast majority of financial institutions, brokers, market makers, and news organizations are unable to provide ME with any real transparency over the US financial system due to the sheer number of financial tools and instruments that are NOT available to me as a redacted investor. A market that is not fair, open or transparent can be considered nothing less than a con to those not in the \"club\", regardless of what technical requirements they claim they need to operate.
