February 23, 2023 I don't understand why it's legal to fail to deliver shares after accepting my payment. If I was to fail to deliver a product that a client paid me for I would be forced to refund or be sued. If Wall Street is supposed to be the standard in the business world then we need to change all the rules to everyone failing to deliver. Mortgages, car notes, taxes, utilities, Etc. If that seems unreasonable then maybe failure to delivers should be unreasonable on Wall Street.
