February 14, 2023 Hello, My name is Jack Pieper. I am an individual investor and a participant in the US markets. I think this is an important amendment to make. The party who holds the underlying asset of the \"asset backed security\" has a fiduciary duty to act with integrity and in a manner that doesn't contain a conflict of interest. While I would like to see better enforcement on the federal level, I understand that the gears of justice move slow. My thanks to Chairman Gensler and his staff for proposing this rule.
