Good Afternoon, Today is February 1st, 2023, I would like to make it known that I DO NOT like or agree or accept the new rule that would send orders to the auction market. We as Americans demand that these orders go to the lit exchange markets and ONLY lit exchange markets. The past acts of the SEC and continuous efforts to slow down retail strength can be taken as an act of true corruption within our financial markets. There should be price discovery and we can’t discover the actual price if market makers and hedge funds are allowed to tell us how much a stock is worth to them in their eyes. The game has been one sided for far too long and it’s now time to even up the playing field. I have taken it upon myself to pass on the word of corruption within the SEC, DTCC and Finra to my congressman in Florida. We will get down to the bottom of this and for why price discovery is not allowed to show true supply and demand efforts within todays market. Best Regards, R. J.
