U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,
Why has the SEC delayed the Dodd-Frank law's requirement that public companies disclose the ratio of CEO's pay to median worker pay.
I am for simplification of the calculation, if that has caused the delay. But, it appears that some are concerned that this type of information may shed too much light on the nature of inequality in our economic system.
I am an independent voting citizen. I don't like being characterized by Commissioner Piwowar, who stated "The push for pay ratio disclosure should come as no surprise to anyone familiar with the use of Saul Alinskyan tactics by Big Labor and their political allies."
I want an open discussion with all cards on the table.
CHOICE stands for “Creating Hope and Opportunity for Investors, Consumers and Entrepreneurs.” I don't see mention of Workers in the equation.
