This is a great Idea, but how does it differ from the options that are already in place, SCOR U-7. Ca. Rule 1001. Rule 144.
These seem to be failures, I visited the SEC office in Az. they never heard of anyone using SCOR to raise capital.
Please don't make it so complicated that it isn't worth it. Please don't make the JOBS act a modified version of the already existing programs.
