Please relax regulations on the sale of stock for small companies. I was worried that a $500 investment in Beefsteak Mine stock would be a disaster, and it turned out to be a Godsend. Too many and too harse regulations do nothing but discourage small business, and this country cannot afford to do anything to discourage business these days.
