Subject: RE: Disclosure Effectiveness Review

To the good people of the SEC,

I urge the SEC and its commissioners to continue work on a rule that requires political disclosure from public companies in the interests of their shareholders. Corporations must not be permitted to exploit non-profits toward corporate political aims. Shareholders have a right to know how company resources are being allocated. This includes knowledge of any allocation toward political purposes. Such action enables shareholders to make an informed decision about participation and support.

I appreciate your time and thoughtful consideration of this message.

Sincerely,
Jennifer Baker
