I fully support the Volcker Rule. Even more, I support very aggressive enforcement of the SEC laws and regulations. Without strong enforcement laws don't matter. The SEC should be a highly profitable agency collecting fees to cover its operating costs, and making the big returns from "carried interests" on collected fines and settlements of violations. Just the way a hedge or LBO fund makes the real money.
