The Dodd-Frank law requires the disclosure of CEO-to-worker pay ratio. This is one of several measures that can help manage excessive CEO pay in the face of mediocre or average performance. I urge you to to propose rules requiring companies to publicly disclose their CEO-to-worker pay ratio.
