As an appraiser I urge you to utilze the Alamode Appraisal Fee Study with regard to appraisal fees to be paid. Due to greed from appraisal management companies my income has been reduced by sixty percent. The appraisal management company collects $475 for an appraisal and pays me $160 while I carry all of the liability. If you do not have the Alamode Study I will be more than happy to send it to you. Please, do not allow this process to be managed by the AMC's -- we all know they have the money and power to change your mind. I am begging you to not let that happen.
