Hi and thanks for the chance to comment. I saw this article on CNN Money website.

I feel that risk reporting could be systematic but someone needs to be watching it with enforcement powers and take action.

Shorting a stock is ok if the accounting records filed with the SEC indicate a company is doing bad, but naked shorting should not be allowed in any form. The constitution is suppose to give everyone the right to succeed. The hedge funds drove a lot of businesses into bankruptcy. Watch them closely. They are as bad as having Osama and Sadam running them.
