September 29, 2022 I would very much appreciate it if you would consider all \"shitcoins\" (anything not Bitcoin) to be a security and regulated as such. Please also allow for a Bitcoin SPOT ETF or allow Greyscale to convert their GBTC Trust into an ETF. Please provide guidance for corporations regarding Bitcoin regulation in a timely manner and do not stifle, yet help protect the Bitcoin Proof of Work mining industry. Thank you
