I want to remark that there is no climate or carbon issue. This is just an attempt by foreign governments to hamper our economy.
The science is not settled. CO2, which is NOT carbon, makes up less than .04% of the atmosphere and is vital for plants.
China and India are not suppressing their economies with this nonsense. They are building coal-fired power plants at record numbers. Don't allow useless regulations to hamper American Business.
