Please require companies to disclose their emissions and the potential impacts of climate change and climate regulation on their business. I believe third parties should facilitate this process to ensure that information is not biased. Companies should also be required to disclose policies on corporate governance and risk management related to climate change in order to allow investors to make smart decisions about the risks associated with that company.
There should definitely be a new regulation devoted entirely to climate risks, opportunities, and impacts. Climate change is an existential threat to life as we know it, and it is time we all started treating it that way.
