I am very concerned about the proposed regulations. Being a responsible investor, I already take into consideration the climate risks that companies are already required to disclose. These proposed regulations would only impose a \"one size fits all\" style of reporting that won't fit the nuance of business. Large fund managers will use these new regs as simply a new way to exert power over companies, reducing completion, and harming the marketplace and economy overall. They would especially harm small businesses looking to go public who don't fit the standardized form. Please protect American free market values and don't impose these new restrictive regulations. They are only being called for by those who stand to gain from their passing.
