In short, I oppose these rules because I believe policy should be set by our legislature and not at the behest of Wall Street against public companies. Public companies deserve to be involved in the democratic process and these rules and regulations will damper success and, more importantly, negatively influence the market drivers that lead to good trades and opportunity.
