Dear SEC Rule Comments,

The Securities and Exchange Commission should require that corporate managers be transparent with shareholders regarding their long-term plans.
Managers should disclose to shareholders whether their company lobbies against efforts to address the climate crisis, in what countries they pay taxes, and how they treat their workforce in those countries.

Shareholders and the public have a right to be informed regarding every corporation's environmental, social, and governance policies, and we call upon the SEC to require clear, standardized, and accurate information from all companies.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,
Jane Pelton
