I have read through the proposed changes. I vehemently oppose them ALL. This is not only a ludicrous ideal to cause extra, baseless work to make up information on the owners but has zilch value.
Jumping on the band wagon to an unproven and unnecessary non-science based climate change farce is irresponsible.
Stop chasing made up misinformation and trying to stack activities to hide such erroneous non-facts.
This irresponsible, reckless administrations objectives are to destroy a solid industry and country - not to help the environment or humankind.
There is absolutely no proven evidence of this need nor of the mountain of continued misinformation in gathering this data - much of it not even calculatable.
Stop this nonsense now. Stand up for this industry and stop viewing to misinformation.
