I object to requiring disclosure of contributions to greenhouse gas (GHG) by companies and especially Scope 3 emissions by customers. It is difficult enough for a company to calculate its own GHG emissions, but impossible to accurately calculate the downstream emissions from all of a company's customers. This proposal was written by someone who has never been in business for themselves. Bad idea
