Petition 4-785 Rulemaking petition to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) This message is in regards to all fellow retail investors. To say there are a lot of investors who enjoy GME and AMC would be an understatement. We have been given the benefit of the doubt, believing that the SEC has always had the intentions of fellow retail investors at heart. More than a year later, We (The Patient Investors), have been waiting for a direct response, acknowledgment, assistance, or even awareness of the market's current state. We urge you to invoke Rule 304(a)(4). If not, I can confidently conclude, given our extensive Due Diligence, Research, and Patience, that We (The Confident Investors) can eventually achieve our goals through hard work and determination, but we would prefer to reach that goal with assistance.
