My name is Fonda Furtivo I am from the USA, Pittsburgh PA. I am writing in regards to take immediate action to BAN DARK POOLS. A2nd to implement rule 404 (a) 4 dark pools prevent retail buyers from having any effect on price actions and inky benefit hedge funds, market makers and institutions. This is in no way fair. They are using dark pools in ways they were never intended to be used. Thank you kindly for your time and help in this matter. 06/07/2022
