I am Writing to ask The Sec to take Immideate ACTION to BAN and REMOVE GME, AMC , and basically all the Stock Tickers in the stock market from out of Dark Pools, and implement Rule 404 (a) 4. Dark Pools prevent Retail Buyers from having any effect on price actions, and only Benifits Hedge Funds, Market Makers, And Institutions. You say You want to be fair and Gary fight for Retail.
