I am an investor and the amount of manipulation and illegal tactics using dark pools are gross and unethical. Dark Pools are being used to actively steal from retail investors and are being abused by market makers and many Wall St funds to commit fraud. Dark Pools only favor the hedge funds, money makers and so called liquidity providers to commit their crimes against unsuspecting investors and wholesome American companies. Dark Pools are against American values and should be prohibited until a transparent, reliable, and solid monitoring and reporting system is put in place to prevent internalization, FTDs, high speed trading and front running of markets by large institutions and corrupt hedge funds. Dark Pool abuse is not a fair market for retail. I want the SEC to ban DarkPool. Fair market for retail investors. Rafal Markwat
