Good afternoon, I am a retail investor who is invested in stocks that you have defined as 'Meme' stocks. I support the above petition to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) for AMC and GME. I have been watching market makers send over 50% of all orders for these two tickers off exchange for 2 years now. It is a blatant attempt at market manipulation, at the cost to retail investors. It is my belief that the rule in question is designed specifically to address issues just like this one. I urge you to please act now to protect individual investors from the egregious greed of market makers and hedge funds. Thank you,
