Please protect investors from the clear price manipulation in our stock market by shutting down the dark pools and allowing a more accurate price discovery for American Companies such as AMC and GME. I've witnessed blatant price manipulation, allegedly controlled by market makers and bad actor brokerages, in plain sight go unregulated for the past 2 years. There are many more steps that will have to be taken to restore trust in the financial sector and stock market. This is step 1. If you do not invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) I am concerned that the rest of the stock market will continue to see increased derivative and dark pool abuse.
