To whom it may concern, I 100% agree with statements/concerns with dark pools listed in the petition. It seems blatantly obvious dark pools are unfair to the retail investors. 50+% of shares are being redirected to dark pools on a regular basis, which means the price of certain stocks are being heavily manipulated. If something isn’t done I can say with certainty my and family and I will not have any interest investing in the future. Regards, Brad
