Dear SEC personnel, I am greatly in favor of this petition, 4-785. I believe that dark pool usage by market makers has seriously harmed price discovery in our markets in recent years. And in the case of GME, the abuse is very plain to see. Many retail investors that I have spoken to are losing faith that the American stock market is in any sense free, when the price discovery is this obviously abused. Please, take this first step towards restoring faith in our market! Jacob D. Lind
