It is very sad to see what is currently happening to the stock market under your reign. With a whole array of opportunities to introduce at least partial leveling regulations for retail investors the SEC has done nothing. All it had to do was reintroduce the old The Uptick Rule. If we are going to make bad investments at least they are due to our mistakes and not due to market maker, short hedge funds and darkpools owners (like Citadel and Vanguard) bending/circumventing the rules and using the tools to their advantage. Therefore, I hope you choose history over money, because it is history that will hold you accountable in the end, and implement this petition, which I support. Greetings Alexander Majda
