To whom it may concern, My name is Roberto Perez and I am for this petition. I currently own shares of AMC ENT. And it is to my knowledge, as stated by Mr. Gary Gensler that, most orders of retail investors, like AMC, is routes through dark pools. 90-95%. I would like for you to suspend these dark pools for 14 days so that you can see just how much volume goes through these dark pools, that should, in my opinion, be through lit exchanges. We (retail investors) make up lots of daily volume, and don’t even make an impact on the price per share, even though lots of these shares are being purchased. Anyway, I would like for you to do this, so that you can see what we are talking about and hopefully make a permanent change in the near future.
