To whom: Please consider the request referenced in Rulemaking Petition File No. 4-782. The SEC should hear public comments regarding digital asset regulation. I would also like to note that I second the sentiment in Petition and quoted below: “As a property owner in the class of individuals the SEC often purports to protect, I would submit that I fear the SEC may significantly harm me if it continues on its current course.” The ambiguity around digital assets is causing me undue harm already. Please open yourselves to comments from the public as requested by Mr. Verret in his Petition. Thank you, -Brian Rogness
