Re: File Number 4-725 SEC Staff Roundtable on the Proxy Process

Dear Mr. Fields:

I am concerned about my retirement 401(k) and mutual funds. I fear fund managers are using my money for their self-interest projects and not investing in my best interests. Im set to retire in just a few years and want to protect the investments I have scrimped and saved for my entire adult life.

Recently, Ive seen several articles about proxy advisory firms and the upcoming SEC roundtable on the proxy process and roles of proxy advisors. Ahead of this meeting I really would like to know: Why is there not more transparency in the world of proxy advisory firms?
My hard work was not done in order to fund some sort of social or political agenda, it was done so I could retire comfortably. Fund managers should take that to heart, and my hope is that the SEC provide support in seeing that transparency is in place.

Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns.

Sincerely,
Linda Yasinsac
