Approving a Consolidated Audit Trail, as Long as it is in the Best Practices to be able to Track Ownership of Funds and any Security, Purchased or Traded, within the Exchanges. Investors agree to Invest with the Fiduciaries, that should provide Best Practices without Conflict, for the Investors. With a New System that Oversees how trades happen and why or too whom, will help to control Theft and Deception.
