Limiting the imposed funds on these criminals does nothing to deter them. You are talking about the financial sector. The punishment needs to be proportional to the crime in a way that makes it feel like a punishment and not just the cost of doing business. By limiting their liability, you're giving incentive to the criminals to continue to work illegitimately. Please work to secure this country. Protect us. We need you. Please.
