I strongly urge the SEC to include Nanex, LLC on your 10/2/12 technology panel. They are a market leader in understanding the complexities involved with the current market structure. The panel would also benefit from their insight regarding potential solutions to the current problem. This is a major problem and threatens the integrity and viability of our entire industry.
