In response to the Citizens United ruling and the prospect of unchecked corporate influence on elections, I urge the SEC to rule that publicly-traded corporations must promptly, publicly disclose (on the SEC Website) all of their political spending. If the board of directors has the power to spend shareholders' money on political issues, this should at least be disclosed!
