Shareholders and the investing public have an absolute right - in a free democracy - to know exactly what portion of their investment is being spent on lobbying and politicking against the investors' interests. This is a Conflict of Interest matter that demands full disclosure. In every other setting, such a conflict would only be allowed given an informed, explicit waiver. It is time for the same rules to apply to self-interested executives and board members.

Require FULL disclosure of ALL lobbying and political expenditures - especially through third-party entities like ALEC - now!
