As a retired public school teacher watching the corporate-political assault on my retirement funds [e.g.: Colorado State legislature hearings re: PERA. 02/23.2012], I urge the SEC to become more proactive in requiring full disclosure of the use of investment funds for corporate, political and private gains.
These funds are not intended for personal use of CEOs and fund Executives.
