Securities and Exchange Comm.

Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

In its regulatory authority, the SEC can require corporations to reveal how much money they spend on political campaigns. As a shareholder in many corporations, I have the right to know how they are spending my money and to whom they are giving it.

I urge you exercise your power to require full disclosure of all corporate political contributions.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Roderic C. Botts
