Securities and Exchange Comm.

Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

The Supreme Court’s recent "Citizen United" ruling Commission seems to have created an opportunity for publicly traded corporations to conceal their political expenditures.

However, I have been told that the Securities and Exchange Commission could issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to disclose their political spending. I would very much like to see that, and I think it is part of your responsibility to shareholders like myself as well as the general public.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Roger Rasmussen
