I write to urge the SEC to issue a rule which requires publically traded corporations to disclose to the public all their political spending by
- Documenting spending on behalf of or in opposition to candidates and political issues
- Posting these documents in a standard format on the SEC web page
I believe that investors have the right to know how their money is being used.
