Securities and Exchange Comm.

Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

The influence of corporate money is corrupting our electoral process.

As you know, ever since the Supreme Court’s ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, publicly traded corporations can conceal expenditures of shareholder funds on politics.

Please issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to document all their political spending.

I want dollar amounts of corporate political spending, and more specifically, which candidates that spending is being used to promote or attack. How about using the SEC web site for posting these public disclosures.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

W T Wilson
