Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

April 30, 2012

Dear Securities and Exchange Commission Member:

People invest in corporations. We deserve to know how "our" companies spend profits politically, both how much they spend on political campaigns, and more importantly, for which candidates.

If there is a line between bribery and campaign financing, it is slim. Democracy demands knowing what corporations are buying, politically.

If a corporation is a person, should "it/ he/ she" not live by the rules any citizen must accept?

Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

Thank you for reading my comment.

Sincerely,

Jan Saecker
