Dear SEC Commissioners:

I strongly support the proposed SEC rule requiring disclosure of corporate spending on political activities.

Shareholders deserve to know how much of the corporation's revenue and profits are being spent on political goals, and which candidates or causes are being promoted or attacked with that money.

More and more investors are taking a double bottom line approach to investing. We expect our money to work for us, financially, while also ensuring that our financial actions support our core beliefs. The absence of full disclosure of a corporation's political activity, inhibits our ability to make these investment decisions.

I urge you to pass a rule requiring full public disclosure of political spending.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Mike Robinson
