Subject: Political Campaign Contributions

April 11, 2012

The Supreme Court's unconstitutional Citizens United decision, which allows unlimited secret campaign contributions by corporations, is extremely detrimental to our democratic process. At the very least, there should be transparency regarding which corporations are donating to a political campaign and the amount, just as required of any other citizen, especially since the Supreme Court designated corporations to be the same as a person.

It's only fair that investors should be given the opportunity to vote on which political campaigns, if any, they want their money to support. They should be allowed to vote on political campaigns just as they're given the opportunity to vote on the board of directors of a company they're invested in.

Please take the necessary action to stand up for the real citizens of America.
