Subject: File No. 4-637

February 3, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

The devastating Citizens United Ruling represents the end of American Constitutional Law as we have known and respected it for nearly 240 years.

This is only the first step: Ultimately, the ruling simply MUST be overturned in the Supreme Court, or we can kiss our freedom and our morality goodbye forever. Before the 2016 Presidential election, and ideally, before the mid-term elections in 2014 - many more steps must be taken, to prevent an atrocity like the $8 Billion that was spent by both parties combined, in the last election, by Super PAC's.

People are starving, all around the world, including right at home in America! Private Interest spending towards legislative bribery, on this scale, is unconscionable, when this amount of money could have saved so many lives!

It's long past time to end secret political spending by corporations.

So I strongly support the SEC issuing a rule in the near future that would require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their spending on political activities.

Both shareholders and the public deserve to know how much a given corporation spends on politics (directly and through intermediaries), and which candidates are being promoted or attacked.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Hilary von Waldenfels
